Rob is the CEO and Founder of Frontcourt Group.
He specializes in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate finance activities, including financial restructuring, private capital transactions and equity and debt underwriting. He has executed transactions involving public and private companies of varying size, both domestic and international.
Rob focuses on the healthcare and technology sectors and has expertise in financial, real estate and consumer products.
Prior to launching Frontcourt, Rob was Co-Head of Investment Banking at Gilford Securities, a middle-market investment bank. He also worked at Northmarq Capital (formerly Legg Mason), where he served as an investment banking professional responsible for buy-side/ sell-side advisory services and debt and equity placements.
Before his financial services career, Rob played professional basketball in the United States and internationally. He earned a B.S. and MBA in Finance from Hartford University where he excelled as a Division I student athlete earning several academic and athletic awards. He is a board member of Hunter’s Hope Foundation, a non-profit organization established by NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly.
